2012 marks the Bicentenery of the Castleconnell Tontine. Here we record the various families that have lived here during the course of those 200 years, documenting knowledge and facts, stories and images of the part these houses have played in the fabric of the lives of these families and the village of Castleconnell.
The Mitchells currently live a t No. 1 The Tontines. John and Camilla have lived here since the 1960's having returned from Chepstow in England with their 3 children, Roger, Brian and Caroline.
